3 Easy Outfit Swaps
To Level Up Your Look!

Happy day, reader dear!
I expect that unless you are a health-care worker, you’ve been spending an awful lot to time at home. If you are a health care worker, or any essential services worker, blessings and thank you. I’m praying for you daily.
For the most part, the rest of us have been leading rather (hopefully) uneventful and super casual lives. Unfortunately, super casual does not equal no stress. I know lots of people are struggling financially, emotionally, and spiritually. My work is certainly not “essential,” but one little way I can help is by helping you feel better about how you look. And one of those ways is to get dressed. Nicely. I don’t mean ball gowns and business suits! Maybe you’ve gotten out of your sweats and yoga pants, but are still feeling lackluster… So let’s chat about three easy level-ups!
PS: If simply getting into jeans and a tee feels hard, here’s some style ideas for that!
Swap Your Tee
If your standard outfit recipe is Jeans + Tee, swap your tee for a blouse. Add jewelry for extra style points!

You can wear a blouse with shorts, too!

Swap Your Trousers
Maybe you love your Jeans + Tee for the tee piece of the equation. No problem! Take your tee up a notch by wearing it with trousers. Dress trousers are a great option; if that feels like too much, even a pair of chinos will level you up.

Swap Your Shoes
If you’ve been living in sneakers or flip flops, maybe it’s time to put on what my mom calls “real shoes.” That doesn’t have to mean heels! If you want to wear heels, knock yourself out, but loafers, oxfords or ballet flats are a great option here. If your weather is warm, how about a pair of cute sandals? If you don’t own comfortable “real shoes,” we need to talk!

If you are looking for other ways to add a splash, try adding a Style Staple!
So how about you? How are you doing? Are you starting to get out more, or are you still restricted? What outfit recipe has become your go-to in the past weeks? Are you finding your new groove, or does it feel like a rut? Do let me know in the comments below… I love to hear from you!
Stay safe and sound, sane and stylish! XOXO
