Closetplay.biz Turns 3!
Happy Blogiversary!
Happy day, reader dear!

And you have no idea how dear! Unless you are also a blogger, and then you know exactly what I mean… Thank YOU for being here!
Isn’t it a blessing that we don’t know what the future holds? If you had told me five years ago that I would have founded my own Image, Wardrobe, & Color Consulting business and be blogging three times weekly about style (Okay, often very loosely about style!), I would have told you you were bananas. Clients wouldn’t have been a surprise, but social media? OMGoodness…
Today (tomorrow actually) The blog turns three! Wheeeeeee! My world has changed dramatically in the past three years. You are a huge part of that change, and I thank you! Thank you for reading. Thank you for saving images and ideas on Pinterest. Thank you for sharing articles your friends might find helpful or interesting. Thank you for commenting, and putting up with my continued abuse of the exclamation point!
In honor of the blog’s third birthday, we’re sharing the top three blog posts since closetplay.biz turned two last June. (Thank goodness the terrible two’s weren’t so terrible… Phew!)
Grab a glass of your favorite beverage, and maybe a cupcake, and celebrate with me! As of writing, my beverage and snack are not fixed. I’m torn between a cup of coffee and a toffee crunch cupcake, and a glass of bubbles and a lemon poppyseed cupcake/muffin. Settle in with your treats and click the picture next to the description for the full post!
Pantone Fall/Winter 2019/20 Colors
I was certainly surprised that the top two posts were about color! Maybe I shouldn’t have been. One of last year’s birthday posts was also a Pantone color post! I’ve been following the Pantone color forecasts ever since I can remember. Yes, starting way back in print!
Pantone Spring/ Summer Colors 2020
Like I said, I’ve been following the Pantone color forecasts forever, and I am thankful how much sooner I can grab them now in the internet age! I’m not one to run out and start buying colors higgledy pigglely, but it’s lovely to know what to expect in the stores in the coming seasons, and whether it will be a shop season or save season.
My Wardrobe Musts 2019
Considering how much I harp on the fact that I don’t really believe in wardrobe Must-Have lists, I was beyond surprised to find that my personal Must-Have list for 2019 made the top 3! It was interesting to reread how my needs (and wants) changed between 2017 and 2019. I wonder how 2020 will change them even further!?
Thank you again, reader dear, for choosing to spend some of your valuable time with me today! Please feel free to Pin what you want to remember, and share with a friend if you think they’d enjoy… There’s always room for more at the party!
Stylishly yours, XOXO

You are adorable. And you have encouraged me to try new style trends and to have more fun with fashion. That photo of you with the balloons – actually both photos – are just the epitome of you…stylish, fun-loving, go with the flow, energetic and inspirational.

Thank you, Leslie! Fashion should be fun! And (unless you’re a nudis) it’s the only way to express your style… But I’m not so sure my family would agree with your go-with-the-flow assessment!
